Funeral service is planned for Annette Lois Whitetail Dobbins, 55, Thomas resident, for 10 a.m., Saturday, May 2, 2015 at the Bethany Brethren in Christ Church in Thomas, Ok. Following the service burial in the Mount Valley Cemetery, Thomas, Ok. Officiating at the service is George Akeen, Paul Beartrack and Gerald Panana. The wake is 6 p.m. until 10 p.m., Friday, May 1, 2015 in the Cheyenne and Arapaho Community Building, Clinton, Ok. Annette was born in Clinton, Oklahoma to Charles and Nellie Mae Whitetail (Drunkard) on April 26, 1960. She passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 in Oklahoma City, Ok. She was raised in Thomas area and a graduate of 1978 Thomas High School. She was married in February of 2009 to James Craig Dobbins. They made their home in Thomas, Ok. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Her hobbies included sewing, gambling and attending garage sales. Survivors include her husband, Craig, of the home, five daughters: Chana Penaloza of Clinton, Nellie Littlecalf of Elk City, Sarah Old Crow of Yukon, Deidre "Mouse" Fraga and Keesha Gubitz, both of Clinton, two sons: Chuck Whitetail and Tyree "O' Man" Medicinechips of Clinton, two sisters: Una Penn of OKC, Paula Whitetail Liston of Nowata, Ok, and two brothers: David Penn of El Reno and Perkins "Perk" Whitetail of Mayetta, Ks. and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by both parents, one sister: Alice "Sweetheart" Whitetail and two brothers: Fred "Cottontail" Whitetail and Clifford "Cola" Penn.
