A Celebration of Life Memorial service for Betty Ann Deutschendorf, beloved mother and grandmother “Doe”, 94, Clinton resident will be held11:00 AM, Tuesday, September 26, 2023, in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, officiated by Doyle Kinney and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.
Betty Ann (Moore) Deutschendorf was born November 4, 1928, to Myrtle Margret (Butler) and Oscar Charles Moore, and passed away September 21, 2023, at home surrounded by family. Betty was raised in Clinton, OK. She married the love of her life, Paul Joseph Deutschendorf on December 21, 1949. They made their home in Clinton, OK, since that time and raised three children: Betty Lynn Deutschendorf, Paula Deutschendorf-Terry, and Mark Steven Deutschendorf.
Paul and Betty enjoyed many summer evenings camping at a favorite spot near a river alongside other family members.
A highlight of many evenings was spent playing cards with her sisters and their families.
Betty was employed at T.G.&Y. in her younger years and was the support staff at her husband’s Barber Shop.
She served as a daycare for her grandchildren and great-grands, who she loved and cherished.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, husband Paul and son Mark, sisters Tiny and Earl Ickes, Marie and Leo Nixon, Teresa and Don Jantz, Rose and Junior Rehder, Helen and Tuffy Howell. Two brothers bob Moore and Tommy Moore. Sister-in-law, Maxine and Roy Martin.
She is survived by daughters Betty Deutschendorf and Paula Deutschendorf-Terry and husband Rick Terry. She is also survived by brother-in-law Dave Deutschendorf and his wife Arva, and sister-in-law Lou Deutschendorf. Grandchildren Jenna Deutschendorf, Brooks Krewall and fiancé Melita Bowman and her daughter Kadence, Halee George and her husband Logan, and Tayler Terry-Adams and her husband Jimmy Adams, Shyla Terry-Wilhite and her husband Randall, Great-grandchildren AuBree, Kaden, and Kobe Krewall, Aydrian Perez and Oliver George, and Hannah and Slade Wilhite.
