Memorial Service for Bobby Eddy, 76, Clinton resident will be held 11:00 A.M., Thursday, January 13, 2022, in theCumberland Presbyterian Church with military honors and officiated by Rev. Bobby Stewart and Boman Vowell. Services are under the direction of the Kiesau Lee Funeral Home. The family will greet guests 6:00 P.M. till 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 12, 2022 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel. Bobby Ray Eddy was born January 15, 1945, to Charles Eddy and Pearl (Embrey) Eddy in Clinton, OK and passed away Friday, January 7, 2022, in the Clinton Veterans Center in Clinton, OK. Bobby was raised in Clinton and graduated from Clinton High School. He enlisted in the U.S Army on April 15, 1966. He was stationed in Fairbanks Alaska until his honorable discharge on April 14, 1969. He returned to Clinton and was employed with Oklahoma Department of Transportation for a short time. He also drove and delivered cars for McKinsey Ford. He is a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, the Disabled American Veterans and the American Legion. He enjoyed being on Citizen Band Radios and he had a ministry of representing the American Legion at other Veterans Funerals. He is preceded in death by three brothers, Lloyd Eddy, Duane Eddy and Irvin Eddy, sister, Patricia Eddy: two nephews Richard Wayde Eddy and William Brian Eddy and a great-niece, Micah Janae Eddy. He is survived by two sisters in law, Sharon Eddy, Custer City, OK and Barbara Eddy, Cordell, OK: cousin, Melba Hazzard, Clinton, OK. He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, grand nieces and grand nephews and numerous other friends and his Veterans Center Family.
