Cody A. Lasiter

Graveside services for Cody A. Lasiter, 36, former Watonga resident and presently of Phoenix, AZ will be held 2:00 P.M., Saturday, September 5, 2020 in the Independent Order of Odd Fellows Cemetery in Watonga, OK and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Cody Allen Lasiter was born January 16, 1984 to Boyd Haskell Lasiter and Georgia Marcella (Edwards) Lasiter in Oklahoma City, OK and passed away on August 27, 2020 in Phoenix, AZ. Cody was raised and attended school in Watonga. He has worked in numerous management positions including convenient stores; the Goodwill Store in Oklahoma City and for the past five years he has been employed as manager of a Wal-Mart Store in Oklahoma City and Phoenix, AZ. He was a member of the Pentecostal Church; he enjoyed singing and doing Karaoke. He was known as the prankster in the family. He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother, Georgia Lasiter, Watonga, OK; two sisters, twins, Pennie Daugherty and husband, Robert and Jennie Weaver and husband, Randy, Weatherford, OK; two brothers, Boyd Lasiter and wife Cindy, Hobart, OK and Larry Lasiter, Anadarko, OK. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
