Funeral Services for Damon Penner, 26, Clinton, OK will be held 1:00 P.M., Thursday, January 13, 2022, in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel officiated by Dakota Denison and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Damon Michael Penner was born April 4, 1995, to Jeffery Michael Penner and LaShauna Danean-Hawk-Blassingame in Clinton, OK and passed away Saturday, January 8, 2022, in Guthrie, OK. Damon was raised in Clinton, OK and graduated from Clinton High School in 2014. He worked a short time for Homeland Stores in Clinton and suffered a stroke at a very young age and has been partially disabled since. He was preceded in death by his dad, Jeffery Michael Penner and stepfather, Mark “Doc’ Blassingame. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, he loved music, playing the guitar, going to concerts and he loved to travel. He is survived by his mother, La Shauna Hawk-Blassngame, Guthrie, OK, his paternal grandmother, Cassie Penner, Clinton, OK; four brothers, Dillon Blassingame, Durant, OK, Dustin Blassingame, Guthrie, OK, Trevor Blassingame, Edmond, OK and Christian Blassingame, Lake Eufaula, OK and a nephew Brittain Blassingame.
