Jusdine “Tina” Cantu passed away on October 11, 2026. She was born September 3, 1960, in Clinton, Oklahoma, to Leroy and Margaret “Whitecrow” Horn. A woman of Cheyenne and Arapaho heritage, Tina’s life was shaped by the love she shared with her family and the many relationships she built throughout her years. She attended Clinton Public Schools and married Roberto Cantu on June 28, 1979, in Clinton, Oklahoma.

Tina had a special love for her family and treasured the time she spent with her children and grandchildren. One of her favorite things was dancing to country music with them, making memories that will continue to live on in the hearts of those she loved. She was a caring woman who enjoyed looking after others, a kindness she also shared through her work as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Throughout her career, she worked at Grace, River Valley, and Methodist nursing homes caring for others along the way.

When Tina wasn't spending time with family or caring for others, she enjoyed garage sales and shopping. Those who knew her may remember that she rarely wore shoes, a little detail that was simply part of who she was. It is often these everyday memories, the laughter, the dancing, and the familiar things that made someone special, that remain closest to the hearts of those left behind.

Tina was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Roberto Cantu; her parents, Leroy and Margaret Horn; and her daughter, Shelly.

She leaves behind her loving family to cherish her memory, including her sons, Robert Horn and his wife, Toni, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Bruce Cantu of Clinton, Oklahoma; her daughter, Brenda Largent and her husband, Jeff, of Midwest City, Oklahoma; her brother, Marcus Horn and his wife, Donna, of Hydro, Oklahoma; and her 17 grandchildren. She also leaves behind numerous other relatives and friends whose lives were touched by knowing her.

Though Tina will be deeply missed, the love she gave, the memories she created, and the bonds she shared with her family will continue through the generations. Her memory will remain a lasting part of the family and community she leaves behind.
