Timothy Charles Wassana I

Funeral Service for Timothy Wassana, 57, Weatherford resident, will be held 1:00 PM, Thursday, August 10, 2023, in the Cornerstone Church, officiated by Pastor Delfred Whitecrow and Pastor Gerald Panana. The burial will follow the Colony Indian Cemetery, Colony, OK, under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.

A Wake Service will be held from 6:00 PM till 8:00 PM Tuesday, August 9, 2023, in the Clinton Emergency Resource Center (ERC).

Timothy Charles Wassana, I, was born May 16, 1966, in Clinton, OK to Truman Wassana, Sr. and Gerladine (Flying Man) Warledo and passed away Friday, August 4, 202,3 in his Weatherford home.

Timothy was raised in Seminole, OK, Weatherford, OK and Colony, OK and graduated from Strothers High School. He has been a resident of the Clinton, OK area since 1993. He was a landscape architect, mechanic and steel fabricator by trade.

He was a member of the Cheyenne/Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma, he was artistic and enjoyed arts and craft, doing beadwork, making Dream Catchers, he also enjoyed refurbishing old vehicles, doing mechanic work and upholstery, collecting hot wheels, collecting rocks, playing pool and gambling.

Timothy was preceded in death by his father, Truman Wassana, stepfather, Jimmy Warledo, three brothers, T.C. Wassana, Jr., Terance Wassana and Homer Wassana.

He is survived by the mother of his children and forever best friend, Charlene Wassana, Clinton, six daughters, Mimi Wassana, Brittany Wassana, LaNessa Curtis, Brooke Curtis, all of Clinton, Stacy Wassana, Deanna Wassana, both of Santa Rosa, CA, three sons, Timothy Wassana, II, Shawn Spotted wolf, Jr., and Damon Dunbar, Jr., all of Clinton, OK, his mother, Geraldine Warledo, Weatherford, OK, four sisters, Reva Wassana, Elk City, K. C. Warledo, Clinton, OK, Alexis Warledo, Weatherford, OK, and Ashely Warledo, Weatherford, OK, seven brothers, Jimmy Warledo, Cuba, NM, Vanhorn Warledo, Weatherford, Emilio Warledo, Colony, OK, Craig Wassana, Weatherford, OK, Reggie Wassana, Weatherford, OK, Andy Wassana, of Colorado and Marcus Horn, Hydron, OK.

He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and numerous other family and friends.
